Initiate Your Request
Log into your KULINA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
